Very nice hotel with nice lounge, free soft drink bar (till 10pm) and very, very, very friendly staff, who are ready to help, answer, recommend, find.

酒店带早餐的周末提前定六百不到一晚，在东京是性价比极高的酒店了。
位置还算不错，北千住站穿过商场过个马路就到酒店，出门比较方便。
一个人住12平完全够了，我没有箱子只有一个大包一个小包和特产拎袋。
打扫的还算不错，但有提升空间，遮住床品最外面那层布看起来有点脏。

Good price to stay in a residential area of Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants and cafe, malls for shopping, less crowded/tourists, slow pace, close to big river where you can run along with. Hotel is 6mins from train station. Room size is suitable for single traveler. Clean and tidy. Hotel staffs are helpful and good in English.

早饭烹饪手段高明，种类也够，烤麪包超好吃。早饭6～10点，很人性化。全馆没见到一个东大同胞。衞生挺乾净，充电口多，工作人员很职业化/专业、有礼貌。房间小了点，不太通气，电梯没空调，闷热。没有绿茶，要自带

房间的间隔较大，宽敞舒适。 衞生乾净一尘不染。附近环境舒适，极其便利，出门就是大商超。服务态度热情似火。

The hotel is small but very tidy and clean, have a nice bed and bathroom.
The breakfast is delicious, it has different food every day. I might choose here again if I travel to Japan Tokyo

翌日の羽田空港からの飞行机が早朝出発のため、急遽当日予约しました。空港周辺のホテルは高かったのですが、こちらは当日でも6000円台とお得でした。
北千住駅から5分、立地もよく、羽田空港バス乗り场へも3分位なので朝もゆっくりできます。
ホテルは、必要最低限揃っており、寝るだけと割り切れば全く问题ないです。周辺は饮食店も多く、食事も问题なし。スタッフの方も亲切です！空港周辺のホテルが高い昨今、北千住周辺も絶対ありだと思いました！

Not the centre of travelling attraction, but transportation is really excellent. Its beside a main station of a bunch of train and metro lines, not more than twice of changing trains while travelling in the city. ( time is the main concern, not suitable for tight schedules)
Convenient stores, commercial street, cafe, supermarket, department and even food court are present in this area, you can get anything in the community.
Room is small, short stay is more recommended than long one. It’s not recommended for those friends who are not close enough.( combining beds is needed to get space for opening luggages) . Bed is comfortable. Room service is very nice, they will ask for cleaning if it hasn’t been cleaned for few days.
Washing and drying machines are present. Clothes will be stored in front desk after washing even if you forgot to take them back.
The staff are very nice, they’re helpful when there are some misunderstanding or communication issues. However, they don’t speak English. For those who completely don’t speak Japanese, please beware ( maybe translation methods should be prepared )
